Get Your Movie Tickets and Popcorn!!!
Here are a few movies to catch that are hitting up the box office right now....
The first movie is Dance Flick, now i dont know what the plot is but i hear that it's like the other famous movie parody's that picks at the famous movies that have the same universal theme as the title of the movie. A few friends and family members of mine have went and seen it and they told me that its storyline focuses on the same one similar to Save the Last Dance and pokes fun at other dance movies such as You Got Served, Footloose, Hairspray, Step Up, i think Dirty Dancing?, and a few others but idk i'm not too sure though. So far i've been hearing BAD reviews about the movie :( Alot of my friends said that it's not worth the $10 to see which really sucks because i was REALLY feeling the last movie they came out with which i believe was Superhero Movie. But I'm gonna ask one more person just for safety to see if it's good or bad...if they say good then Dance Flick has my $10 but if bad then there's always Bootleggers around the way lol. I know i should go off of what i think but when it comes to the movies i don't play homie. I gotta try and keep that $10 as tight as possible...times is hard right now!! lol The Second movie is Drag Me To Hell, which is about a loan worker named Christine Brown, who has a promising future who is up for the oppurtunity to be promoted but in order to receive that promotion she must face her competition to get it. When an old lady comes in one day to ask for an 3rd extension on her mortgage she ask her boss what she should do. He tells her that in order to prove herself she should be able to make tough decisions, Christine takes this as a sign of being her chance to prove to him she can handle the situation and she denies the old woman that she can not be granted her extension. The old lady begs Christine to please change her mind making Christine call security. The old lady tells her that she has been shamed and then shortly after work follows Christine to her car and pulls a button from her clothing and puts a curse on her. Christine now has to figure out how to race against time to dispell the curse or perish the fate of going to Hell in 3 days...
SO sorry to give a little spoiler of the movie but i figured it could give you a little bit of a taste of what the movie might be about if you havent seen it by now. I haven't seen it but i spoiled the ending for myself, like i always do when i am anxious to see a movie, and i am pissed off because the ending is bogus and now i dont even wanna see the movie LOL but i definately recommend you guys to see this movie...you'll be surprised how it ends!!
The last movie is Star Trek and i must say it really looks good from the tv's but I will ALSO say that if you haven't been a Star Trek fan from it's hay-day's on t.v. then dont go see it because i will not lie...it can be a bit of a snore war...literally!! I fell asleep before i got to see what the ending was lol. Yes i know...i wasted my money just to fall asleep when i could of just stayed my behind home, i'm mad at myself too haha. But honestly though i will give Star Trek it's props because the graphics and scenes of action on there were CRAZY-ridicolous and you really feel like you are in the movie which is cool so yeah if your a fan of action and Star Trek voyages then earthlings go and see the damn movie of the summer!!!...We at least until Transporters 2 come out lol and i'm sorry if i couldn't tell you the plot or anything interesting about the movie because like i said, i fell alsleep :(
*By the way this movie is VERY long so make sure you bring extra snacks and go to the bathroom before you enter the theater!!!
All 3 movies are currently out as you read so when ya get the free time on them busy agendas...check them out!!
