Healthy Food Daily...

Grilled Dark Chocolate Sandwhich

Now with Summer approaching I bet you guys are wondering how can you get rid of that Winter gut and pack on some flat-iron abs right? OR maybe some of you out there just want to find a way to get healthy while at the same time being able to enjoy your food and not regret it later. Well here is the first healthy food tip of the day. Instead of always indulging yourself in the normal Candy Bars and fattening cart of Junk Food from the store, take snacking lightly...and when i say lightly i mean calorie wise!! Grilled Dark Chocolate Sandwhiches will help you ease up on over-eating food that you know your Mama told you to put down a long time ago because it's not good for you and help you start eating right. It may sound unappetizing at first but TRUST me it's not. With the same great taste as S'mores, just without the marshmellows, you'll enjoy each sandwhich to the very last drop. So GOOD it'll make you wanna slap yo Mama for saying chocolate is bad for you lol. Just Kidding!

Ingredients
1/4 cup fat-free evaporated milk
3 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons butter, softened
8 slices thin whole-wheat or white sandwich bread
3 tablespoons bittersweet or semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons chopped toasted hazelnuts (optional)
Directions
Heat evaporated milk just until boiling. Add chocolate, let stand for 1 minute, then whisk until smooth. Let cool slightly.
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Divide the chocolate mixture on the unbuttered side of 4 slices, leaving a little border. Press chocolate chips and nuts, if using, into the chocolate. Cover with the remaining slices of bread, buttered-side up, and press lightly.
Cook the sandwiches in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Turn over, press with a spatula, and cook until nicely browned and the chocolate is barely melted, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Serve warm and Enjoy!
